Log Cabin Information & Policies

All of our log cabins require a minimum night stay. However, we are sometimes able to shorten the minimum stay requirement if a cabin becomes available for fewer nights between existing reservations.

Minimum Stay Requirements

May 25, 2026 – June 18, 2026
September 7, 2026 – October 8, 2026
• Two-night minimum stay for all cabins

June 19, 2026 – September 3, 2026
• Cabins 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 require a two-night minimum stay
• Cabins 4, 5, and 8 through 13 require a three-night minimum stay

Holiday Weekends
Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Columbus Day Weekend all require a three-night minimum stay.

Pet-Friendly Cabins

Cabins 3 and 7 are our only pet-friendly cabins. Additional fees and restrictions apply when bringing a pet.

Pets must:

• Be pre-registered prior to arrival
• Have current rabies documentation available at check-in
• Not be left unattended inside or outside the cabin
• Not be allowed on beds or furniture

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing excessive barking.

Rates & Security Deposit

Off-season cabin rental rates range from $153.00 to $287.00 per night, plus tax. Peak season rates range from $219.00 to $359.00 per night, plus tax.

A $100.00 security deposit will be placed on your credit card and refunded after management inspects the cabin following check-out.

We kindly ask that cabins and sites be left in the same condition as they were upon arrival, including being free of litter inside and outside. Excessive cleaning will result in a $25 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.

Check-In & Check-Out

Cabin Check-In: Between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM only
Cabin Check-Out: By 10:00 AM

In some cases, early arrival may be available so guests can enjoy the pool, beach, and other amenities before their cabin is ready. Prior authorization from the office is required, and an early arrival fee will apply.

Additional Policies

• All cabins are smoke-free.
• Kiln-dried firewood is available for purchase at our camp store.

• Per NH Fish and Game, to help save New Hampshire trees, the only firewood permitted is either kiln-dried wood or wood carried no further than 50 miles; that which has been purchased or cut from trees in NH. Please do not bring any out-of-state firewood with you.

All log cabin cancellation requests must be made by phone or via our online portal. We do not accept cancellations by email.

A $35 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Cancellation Terms

• 21 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus cancellation fee
• 14–20 days before arrival: 50% campground credit only and 50% non-refundable
• Fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued due to weather conditions.

Once you have checked in, no refunds or credits will be issued for early departures or unused nights.

If you do not arrive on the first night of your reservation, your cabin may become available for re-rental. If you expect to arrive late, please notify the office so we may hold your reservation.
