Q: Do you provide event equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)?
A: No, the venue does not provide event equipment. However, we are happy to provide
you with a preferred list of local businesses and vendors to assist you in fulfilling all your
rental and equipment needs.
Q: Is lodging or camping included in the event venue rental?
A: No, lodging and camping is not included in the baseline venue fee, but we offer an add-on
to provide camping sites for your event guests. Please ask about our group booking options.
Q: Do you offer or allow on-site catering and alcohol?
A: We do not provide in-house catering or bar services. You are welcome to hire outside,
licensed, and insured caterers. Alcohol policies must comply with local state laws.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for an event booking?
A: Venue deposits are non-refundable.
Q: Are the resort’s amenities (like the pool and water slides) included for event guests?
A: No. Our pool, water slides, boat rentals, playground, arcade, and certain resort amenities
are strictly reserved for registered overnight campers. If your event guests are staying off-site,
they will only have access to the immediate event venue area, and restrooms.
